The rise of eco-friendly vehicles such as hybrids and electric vehicles is seeing growing demand for environmental tests of devices such as secondary batteries and power semiconductors. For example, demand is growing for external short-circuit tests, nail penetration tests and other types of safety tests to ensure the high safety and stable performance needed by vehicle secondary batteries.
Our new Temperature & Humidity Chamber(for Battery test) with safety equipment was designed to meet this demand,with easy access to the specimen and comes with accident safety functions. With its temperature uniformity in the test area and high accuracy control during long continuous operation, this chamber is the ideal tester for battery&new energy testing.

2.Uniform temperature distribution
Capacity of vertical airflow from the top is increased so that the air reaches every corner of the test area,realizing more uniform temperature distribution in the test area.
3.Safety features.
The chamber comes standard with safety features such as pressure relief vent, smoke detector and hand-tighten bolt door lock, 3-colored light tower etc.In addition, you can select optional features like various detectors,fire extinguisher,communication function and cable ports to suit your application.
4.More option to promote the performance
Frost-free continuous operation:The chamber comes with a frost-free function to enable long continuous operation without having to stop operation for defrosting when the temperature setting is +15°C or higher.

Purpose: The inner side of the Viewing Window Append Stencil.

Purpose: A sheathed heater with fins for lower heater surface temperature ,for better corrosion resistance,and for less insulation failure.

Purpose: When an abnormality is detected inside chamber, the fire extinguishing device is started, and CO2 is injected into the test box to ensure the safetyinside chamber.
*1:The chamber will occur an external machine abnormal alarm and stop running when the fire extinguishing device is abnormal.

Safety device.
Purpose: When flammable gas is detected inside chamber,the corresponding actionswill be taken.
Action Sequence: The chamber will occur an external machine abnormal alarm and stop running when the device is abnormal or the Gas Sensor occurred 1 segment alarm( 24%LEL(9600ppm)).
The Fire Extinguishing Device will start up when the Gas Sensor occurred 2 segment alarm( 24%LEL(9600ppm)).

Safety device.
Purpose: When CO/CO2/H2 gas is detected inside chamber, the corresponding actions will be taken. *Please contact the sales company for specific requirements.
Safety device.
Purpose: Exhaust the gas inside the chamber forcibly.
Action: Automatically open when the Overheat Protector and Smoke Sensor alarmed.
Test according to GB standard and issue test report.
